School Closure Home Learning
Dear Green Class Pupils and Parents/Carers,
It was fantastic to welcome Year 5 and Year 6 pupils back to school last week. Although Year 5 pupils were only in school for a short period of time, it was wonderful to see everyone face to face, play games together and catch up on all of our news. Year 6 pupils remain in school this week for the final week of term and we will spend time reminiscing together and preparing for our Year 6 Leavers' Service and Garden Party. Let's hope the weather is kind to us so that we can safely celebrate your time at our school together outside in our beautiful school grounds.
This week, as it is the final week of the Summer Term and a truly bizarre school year, is a time for reflection and transition activities. Take the link below to find different ways in which you can do this and choose activities that you will challenge you a little in an enjoyable way. Should you wish to continue to revise GPS and English skills there are optional activities for you to do this below too. You'll also find plenty of optional maths resources as well.
Finally, although the Microsoft Teams video calls have now finished, you can still contact me via the contact box below if you have any questions or queries. I will come back to you as soon as I can.
Stay safe and I look forward to seeing Year 5, as the new Year 6 pupils, back in school on
THURSDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER 2020. Year 6 pupils, although you will have left us then, you are always part of our Dunnington Family and are very welcome to pop in and see us whenever you can.
